Kakadu of Central Oregon offers the following Return and Refund Policy: The products we offer are of the highest quality and packed with care. We are confident that you'll be satisfied with every item you purchase at kakaduVests.com. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. KakaduVests.com will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped. All other returned items must be in original and resalable condition to receive a refund. To receive a refund for the purchase price less restocking fee: - Notify KakaduVests.com at aussie@kakaduvests.com with the reason you will be returning the item(s) within 15 days. KakaduVests.com will provide you a RA# to be put on the outside of the package. - Securely pack the item(s). - To ensure a fast and accurate refund. Include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the item(s). Mail by U.S. Postal Service or UPS to:
